Who this 2027 vision board clip art book is for

You know the evening. A stack of old magazines, a board, a glue stick, and a plan to make your 2027 vision board. An hour later you have found one good picture of a kitchen, and the beach you wanted is printed on its back. This 2027 vision board clip art book is for the woman who wants to sit down and make the board, not spend the night hunting for pictures and then losing half of them to the scissors.

It is made for one person planning her own year, and it works just as well for a friend who plans her year in pictures. You need no experience with vision boards. Page 4 starts from the beginning: a vision board is pictures and words for the year you want, on one board you see every day.

What's inside

  • 630 pieces to cut out. 140 photo-style images, 60 cut-out objects and 220 themed words and phrases, plus 2027 pieces, affirmations, calendar pieces, frames and letters. The photographs share one calm, real-looking style, so the board looks like one board rather than ten magazines.
  • Ten life areas to choose from. Home and living; career and business; money and abundance; health and strength; calm and self-care; love, family and friends; travel and adventure; learning and creativity; nature and small joys; milestones and celebrations. Each area opens with a 7-inch photo, then has thirteen more photo-style images, six objects and its own words.
  • No tiny photos. Every photo-style image is at least 2.25 inches wide: ten are full 7-inch openers, forty are about 3.5 x 4.6 inches and ninety are about 2.3 x 3 inches. The cut-out objects are smaller.
  • Only paper behind every picture. There are 44 cut-out sheets, and the back of each is patterned paper, or for each area's opener a pale Photo Mat (a full-page photo to use as a background). No picture is printed behind another picture. Each sheet gives you one side, its pieces or its paper, so you take papers and mats from the areas you are not using.
  • A 2027 kit. The year in six styles of numeral, phrases such as "Dear 2027, I'm ready", a full twelve-month 2027 calendar, month tabs, "By March 2027" to "By December 31, 2027" date stamps, an admit-one ticket, a boarding pass and a check to yourself.
  • Words you can stick down as they are. Twenty-two affirmations and eighteen words of the year (Joy, Brave, Focus, Simplify, Trust and more), every letter typeset and sharp.
  • Frames, blank labels and two cut-out alphabets, with extra E, A, S, R, T, N, L, O and I, for the goals only you can write.
  • Pages to think and look back. Eight questions to answer before you cut, a plan-your-board page with a space to sketch the layout, four check-in dates through 2027 and a final reflection for December 31, with a space for a photo of your finished board.

How to use it

  • Answer the eight questions first. "What do I want 2027 to feel like, in three words?" is the first. Ten minutes of thinking makes a better board than an hour of cutting.
  • Choose three to five areas, not all ten. A board that says a few things clearly is easier to live with.
  • Take the whole sheet out before you cut. The pages are not perforated. Open the book gently and cut the sheet out about half an inch from the fold at the spine. Every piece sits at least three-quarters of an inch from the spine, so nothing is lost.
  • Lay it out before you glue. Pick one 7-inch opener as your anchor, add pictures, an object and a few words from each area, photograph the layout, then glue. The book suggests an 11 x 14 inch board for three areas and 16 x 20 for four or five; a 16 x 20 board holds about 50 pieces, so you will not use them all.
  • Use a glue stick or double-sided tape, not wet glue, so the thin paper stays flat.
  • Put the four check-in dates in your phone. March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, 2027 each have their own questions on page 95.

You will need a board, scissors or a craft knife, a glue stick and a pen. They are not included.

Our article on how to make a vision board walks through the whole process step by step, with a sample layout, and works with any pictures, from this book or from anywhere else.

Frequently asked questions

Are the pages perforated?

No. Open the book gently and cut each sheet out about half an inch from the spine with scissors or a craft knife. Every piece is printed at least three-quarters of an inch from the spine, so nothing is cut off.

Is anything printed on the back of the pictures?

Paper only. The back of every cut-out sheet is patterned paper, or a pale Photo Mat behind each area's opener, never another picture or word. You can use those backs as mats, borders and backgrounds.

Does it have 2027 dates?

Yes. A full 2027 calendar, month tabs, "by" date stamps from March to December 31, 2027, the year in six numeral styles and 2027 phrases. The four check-in pages are dated through 2027 as well.

Who is pictured?

The women pictured are many ages, skin tones and sizes, and many photos show hands, a point of view, a profile or a figure far off, so the woman you picture can be you. Page 4 also suggests adding a photo of your own.

Will it work for a vision board party?

One copy holds a generous selection for one board. Friends can share a copy at a party, but each guest has far more to choose from with her own.

Does it come with a board or glue?

No. You will need a board, scissors or a craft knife and a glue stick. The book suggests an 11 x 14 inch board for three life areas and 16 x 20 for four or five.

Does it pair with a planner?

It can. The board shows the year you want; our 2027 goal planner gives you a page for every week of it, and the 9x9 grid workbook breaks one goal into actions. Each book stands on its own.

How big is the book?

8.5 x 11 inches, 96 pages, full color, with a glossy cover.
